Thank you for shopping with ScribbleWire! We want to get your Magic Grooved Writing Practice Books kit to you as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please Note: Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery time is your processing time plus your shipping time.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Standard Shipping 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping 2–4 business days

Shipping rates and available methods will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. If your order qualifies, free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.


3. International Shipping

At this time, ScribbleWire ships to the United States and Canada.

Canada 7–14 business days

International shipping rates and any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. ScribbleWire is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We are working to expand our shipping destinations in the future. Check back for updates!


4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at scribblewire.support@gmail.com.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ScribbleWire is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at scribblewire.support@gmail.com and we will do our best to make corrections before your order ships. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at scribblewire.support@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Stolen Packages: ScribbleWire is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend having your order delivered to a secure location or requiring a signature upon delivery if theft is a concern in your area.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and email them to scribblewire.support@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Delays

ScribbleWire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, high-volume periods (such as holidays), or other circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
