How to Request a Return

Our support team will respond with return instructions within 1–3 business days.

Important: All return requests must be submitted before the 30-day window expires. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet all of the following requirements:

1. Original Packaging Required The item must be returned in its original packaging. Returns missing the original box or packaging materials will not be accepted.

2. Product Must Be in Good Condition All books, the magic pen, ink refills, and any included accessories must be returned in good, undamaged condition. Items that show excessive wear, damage, or misuse will not be eligible for a full refund.

3. All Items Must Be Included Every component of your kit must be returned. Incomplete returns — including missing books, pens, refills, or bonus materials — may be subject to a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may be applied if:

The return is missing any items from the original kit
The product is not in good condition
The original packaging is absent or severely damaged

We will notify you of any applicable fee before processing your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
